This was my first experience with mice in the house and they had partied in my pantry with gusto! Unfortunately I discovered them on a Saturday. I then discovered how difficult it can be to get a response from rodent exterminators on a weekend. Or was told they could come out in a few days for an “inspection” and then set up an appointment after that! (Did I mention that these mice had a BIG party in the pantry…it was awful!) I went on Angie’s list and within minutes Jeff from Prestpro-X contacted me and was at my house within hours! His professionalism, efficiency, knowledge and eagerness to help was such a stress relief! I highly recommend calling him if you have any problems!

I tried to find a one guy company because in my experience they don't charge as much. This is a one guy company. He was on time, and didn't use any scare tactics that other pest control people have used. He also wasn't pushy about other services and was pleasant to work with. He set up rodent bait stations for me, which he's really confident will work. So, hoping for a mice free winter this year. Keep you posted.

Jeff did a great job in my kitchen getting rid of all rodent droppings and then placing large clear traps to catch other mice. I had a serious problem and needed everything cleaned before I could have work done on my hardwood floors. Jeff saved the day by working on Sunday and follow up before the other workers came. Great job, hard worker, highly recommend.
